Why can't I upload my photos?

We're sorry you're having trouble uploading your pictures! Have you followed these steps?

From your phone: Visit your profile and tap on edit, from there you can upload a profile picture or a backstage picture! You can also visit the Buzz from your menu and select the camera icon to the left of the status update box.

From a computer: Click on “My Profile” and go to “Edit” > Picture. If you hit the “+” button, you will be presented with the option to choose a photo from your computer and upload it. You can also visit the Buzz from your menu and select the camera icon to the left of the status update box.

If this doesn't work, you may have to adjust your photo privacy settings:

Apple only lets us ask users for permission to access photos once, so after that you have to change this setting on your phone's personal settings, not on Skout's settings. In order to change this setting on your phone, you should follow these directions:

->Open the Settings
->Tap on the Privacy section
->Tap on Photos
->Find SKOUT and turn the selector to ON
