In the event that you are experiencing an issue with the app, please feel free to contact Skout for assistance with your concern. If you have already reached out to Skout for assistance, please be sure to respond to our email messages regarding your concern. Email messages sent to you may request additional information necessary to resolve your concern in a timely manner. Messages may also contain instructions you must follow in order to resolve your concern. Your responsiveness will help to expedite the resolution process. Remember, no one from Skout will ever ask you for your account passwords or other sensitive personal information.


When you send a message to Skout, please help us to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible by including the following information in your message:

  • Your complete email address that was used to register your Skout account
  • Your Skout name
  • Your Skout ID
  • Your mobile device Operating System (OS) and version
  • A detailed description of the concern or issue you are experiencing
  • Any other information that may be useful in identifying your Skout account or that will help us assist you in resolving your issue

If you signed up for Skout using Facebook Connect, please be certain to provide us with the complete email address you used to register your account.

At times we may have to ask for more information from you to do our research and get to the bottom of your question.

Please be prepared to share the following information with us in order for us to answer your question(s):

1. What is the email you registered with? Or do you know your User ID number (found in the url address of your profile page online)?

2. What exactly is the problem you are having with Skout? For instance is it a login issue? Pictures not uploading? Cant remember your password? 

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response in cases that are more complex but we usually get back to you much faster. Please also check your spam folder for emails from us if you are waiting for a response.
